ebeneezer

i love playing with my nieces. they are totally rad little people, with ideas and thoughts becoming all their own.

last week, i took a big bag of play-do over to issy's house. i constructed this funny little man/animal/thing, and named him 'ebeneezer.'

yes, issy had a hard time with this name. she's two. but she played with him and he became friends with super grover and elmo. pretty good,  i'd say. after a little bit she was having trouble remembering his name, so she finally just put him to bed on the kitchen table and said, 'night night 'neezer.'

then we sang songs.
